We are thrilled to welcome two new apprentices to Woodward Group this month, Callum Waite and Keenan Baldwin, who are beginning their electrical apprenticeships. We are also proud to celebrate Ben Willison for completing his apprenticeship and securing his JIB Gold Card.
Welcome to Callum and Keenan
Callum Waite and Keenan Baldwin have joined us to begin their electrical apprenticeships. Both will be working closely with our experienced team, gaining practical knowledge and building the foundations for a successful career in the industry.
At Woodward Group, we believe in investing in the next generation of talent and providing opportunities for young people to develop their skills. Apprenticeships are an important part of this, offering hands-on experience alongside professional training and qualifications.
We look forward to supporting Callum and Keenan as they start their journey with us and to seeing them progress into skilled and confident professionals in the years ahead.

We’re also very proud to share that Ben, who became part of Woodward Group in June 2021, has completed his electrical apprenticeship and secured his JIB Gold Card.
From day one, Ben has shown outstanding dedication and a real passion for learning, gaining hands-on experience while mastering the technical skills of the trade. Over the past few years, he’s contributed to a wide range of projects, proving his professionalism and talent at every stage. Achieving his Gold Card marks him as a fully qualified electrician with a Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Installation & Maintenance. Congratulations Ben!
