Throughout our 39-year history, we have remained passionate about developing the next generation of mechanical and electrical engineering professionals through our apprenticeship programme. We are proud to have supported many successful careers over the years, with several members of our senior management team having started their journeys with Woodward Group as apprentices.
We strongly believe that apprenticeships are vital to the future of our industry, providing valuable opportunities for individuals while helping to build a skilled and sustainable workforce. Receiving this recognition is a fantastic achievement for our team and reflects the importance we place on training and development.
